hi, i’m ana!

It was only until a few years ago that I felt comfortable calling myself a writer.

I always thought you needed to be profound, have a distinctive style, or a compelling point of view. This probably explains why my life before advertising was always in and around creative expression–as a content creator, radio producer, and food stylist.

Turns out, you just need words. And boyyy, do I have a lot of them.
But since this is an intro, here are a few words to get to know me better:

  • I’m a yapper

  • I will work for food (and have spent most of my existence doing that)

  • I’m a first-generation Filipina, who doesn’t speak Tagalog 🤷‍♀️ (I understand it though so don’t get any fresh ideas)

If those words aren’t enough, I have a ton more to share over coffee ☕️.

In the meantime, here are some words from other people that I’ve had the pleasure of working with (featuring my mom and brother.)
